we're back again with a new bag of tricks back again in a new set of clothes determined to burn in some harmony truth is a noose i've got tied on my neck you know trouble is gold if you look at it right steady, hearts have got to break free eventually you've got to break free eventually you've got to break free eventually you've got to break free back again with a new bag of tricks our shadows glowing in a different light you know the wind is whistling in my ears "you know there's gold in dirt if you look at it right" steady, hearts have got to break free eventually you've got to break free eventually you've got to break free

You (free) 03:58
You, you are the sails to my ships the signs down every road the clarity through my foggy nights You, You are the motion to my stillness the dancer through my silence the sun behind my moon You, you are the rhythm to my blues, my blues you are the rhythm to my blues, my blues yeah, it's true there has to be some bitterness to make it all more sweet You, you are the queen of my kingdom the answers to my riddles the bones under my skin You, you are the depths to my shallows the truth in my lies the blood that's through my veins and every time you bleed i bleed right there with you right there with you right there with You, you are the rhythm to my blues, my blues you are the rhythm to my blues, my blues, yeah, it's true there has to be some bitterness, to make it all more sweet

mountains on the forest scene seem so far from the road lights flicker through the city while people crowd the streets empty out all the cartridges fill in the empty lines flood screens with vibrant colors build bridges in the gaps stay calm through all the shaking it's rough, but ending soon home base is around the corner and they're calling out your name well if i don't wake up tomorrow tell my world i meant the best tell mom i caused no trouble tell dad my head was high while broken people whisper the anger screams so loud the time bomb is ticking and ticking, ticking, ticking if your days we're up for ransom how much would they be worth? and if your soul was held captive would you fight to get it back? boxed in by all the circles dull patterns lead the way excite in a handful just dust you blow away well if i don't wake up tomorrow tell my world i meant the best tell mom i found no trouble tell dad my head was high

what do you know about dreaming? since you've never seen past the sky what do you know about dreaming? the sun it rises without you find me some darkness to shine in find me some tales and tricks find me a ring of fire to burn through all my thick, dark, holes first, listen close, to those quiet ghosts, then let them roll away, then, listen close, to your lover's words, and let them set you straight

about

"The House is for Sale, But the Songs are Free" is the last collection of songs recorded in the basement of my childhood home in Hollis, New Hampshire. The writing and recording took place through all of 2011 and into early 2012, then we're brought to ClarkCreative recording studios for mixing/mastering on May 30th of 2012. A few weeks ago i turned 20 years old, and in just a few more weeks i'll be moving out to New York City to pursue new musical endeavors. These songs are the last reflection of my old basement, my old porch, my old yard, my old town, my old life...
It's good to always remember where you come from.
Cheers to all and thanks for listening.
